This impressive development is being built by Petretta Construction and owned by Petcon Hospitality Group. More than just a place to stay, this project is expected to bring 70 to 80 permanent jobs to the local economy, marking a significant investment in the community’s growth and hospitality sector.

Located at 1600 Sylvester Drive, the hotel will feature 142 thoughtfully designed suites, each equipped with:

• A full kitchen
• Separate areas for living, working, and sleeping
• Modern amenities tailored for extended stays

Guests can also enjoy access to on-site perks like an indoor pool, fitness centre, and meeting space, making it ideal for both business travellers and families visiting the area.

This much-needed addition addresses the growing demand for short-term housing and extended-stay accommodations in Tecumseh.
