For residents in Lakeshore and Windsor’s east end, this adds fresh dining options and signals another step in the area’s ongoing commercial growth.

What’s Coming and Where

Firehouse Subs will be added inside the existing St. Clair Shores Plaza, occupying space within the current retail mix. Meanwhile, Booster Juice will build a brand new pad site with a drive-thru, the first of its kind for the brand in Windsor-Essex.

Each location will be roughly 1,400 square feet, with openings targeted for late 2025. Construction is already underway, and both stores are expected to be operational before the end of the year.
