Former Concord Elementary School Site in Riverside Is Up for New Housing

The City of Windsor is accepting development proposals for the former Concord Elementary School site at 6700 Raymond Avenue in Riverside. The 2.23-acre residential site is the sixth property offered under Housing Solutions Made for Windsor, with proposals due November 18.
