Town council has officially approved a huge new development at Manning Road and County Road 42 that will completely change the area. What’s the plan?

Mayor Gary McNamara says local hotels are sold out almost every night, so demand is there, and developers clearly agree.  They are pouring multi-millions into making this vision a reality.
